Our team consists of qualified and motivated educators, with experience in teaching at different levels. 

Renee Hernandez
Founder/Director

Ms. Renee founded Miami Homework Help motivated by giving a solution to a common situation among working parents: The high demanding amount of homework and the struggle their children are having to complete it. 

Ms. Renee has a degree in Early Childhood Education from the Francisco Gavidia University and has worked as an elementary and pre-school teacher in El Salvador and Miami. Ms. Renee has 20 years of experience working with children not only in the academic area, but also as a music, piano and art teacher. 

In 2014 Ms. Renee opened a Homework Club in Miami. She and her staff helped students with their homework. Her homework club had a proven record of improvement in children's grades. She moved to London in 2018 and sold the business.

Coming back to Miami, a year later, she encountered the same issues  with homework and she decided to continue helping children with their homework.

Magda Rivera Lara
Academic Advisor/Tutor

Ms. Lara is a retired teacher, and her vast experience of 30 years as a teacher and tutor is a valuable asset to our Homework Help program.
